An Introduction

As a foundation for the lessons and assignments in this class you will each be creating an original intellectual property. Constructing a world with a narrative gives us a strong foundation for grounding our concepts and giving them a feeling of consistency. This will also make the assignments more in line with what one would experience as a professional in-house concept artist. This class will be fairly fluid focusing on not just technique and software but where your ideas come from and what it means to be a working artist in the entertainment field.

sketch, refinement variations and polish WIP. feel free to dissect that PSD and figure out how it works. i havent used any advanced tricks or anything so it should be pretty self explanatory.
